The doctor will assess whether delivery is suitable for you. Nothing is sent without a consultation.

PEP works best within the first 72 hours.

0–24HOURS
Highest effectiveness. Treatment is most likely to prevent HIV when started immediately after exposure.
24–48HOURS
Still effective. Don't wait — the sooner treatment starts, the better the outcome.
48–72HOURS
Final window. PEP must be started before 72 hours from exposure.
! Waiting until you feel ready to visit a clinic can cost you the window. Call now — we can start without you leaving home.

One call. Then it comes to you.

01

You speak with the doctor

Not a receptionist, not a call centre. A medical doctor who handles PEP regularly takes your call directly.

02

The doctor assesses you

A few questions about your exposure, timing, and health history. The doctor decides whether PEP is appropriate and whether delivery is suitable for your case. Usually 5–10 minutes.

03

Your medication is prepared

Dispensed by our pharmacy team and sealed in plain packaging. Nothing on the outside identifies the clinic or the contents.

04

Delivered to your location

To your home, office, or wherever you choose. The doctor confirms the delivery window with you on the call, along with the next steps in your treatment.

Discretion isn't a promise.

"Most people don't delay because they can't afford it. They delay because they don't want to be seen. So we removed the part where you're seen."

Things you might be wondering.

Will the person delivering know what it is?
No. The parcel is plain and sealed, with nothing on the outside identifying the clinic, the contents, or the medication. The person delivering it is not told what is inside.
Can it be delivered somewhere other than my home?
Yes. Your office, a guardhouse, a lobby, or a meeting point — wherever you prefer. Tell the doctor on the call and it will be arranged.
Why do I have to speak to a doctor first?
PEP is a prescription medication. It is not suitable for everyone, and the right treatment depends on your exposure, timing, and health history. The doctor's assessment is what makes it safe — and it is also the fastest way to find out whether PEP is the right option for you at all.
What happens on the call?
The doctor will ask a few questions about your exposure, when it happened, and your medical history. It usually takes 5–10 minutes. By the end of the call you will know whether PEP is appropriate for you, what the treatment involves, and how it will reach you.
Will anyone find out?
Your consultation, your records, and your treatment are confidential. We do not contact your family, your employer, or anyone else. We contact only you, on the number you choose, at a time you tell us is safe.
How much does it cost?
The cost depends on the treatment the doctor recommends after assessing you. The doctor will explain it clearly on the call, before you commit to anything.
What if I'm past 72 hours?
Please still call. The doctor can advise on testing, monitoring, and the right steps for your situation. Even if PEP is no longer the appropriate option, you should not be left without medical guidance.
Would you rather come in?
You can. We have nine 24-hour branches across KL and Selangor, and you are welcome at any of them, at any hour. Delivery exists for people who would rather not — it is an option, not a requirement.
